Our approach is proportionate, commercially aware, and focused on building systems that work in practice — not just on paper.
Demjén Compliance Partners Ltd. is an independent food safety and quality consultancy supporting food manufacturers, processors, bottlers, agents & brokers, and hospitality businesses across the UK.
Founded in 2026 and based in Powys, we provide senior-level technical expertise grounded in real operational experience. We have led technical departments, managed Quality Management Systems, delivered successful third-party audits, and carried direct responsibility for compliance outcomes.
We understand the realities of production environments, retailer expectations, enforcement inspections, and audit pressure — because we have managed them ourselves.
Our role is simple: to build clear, practical, audit-ready systems that protect your brand and support long-term success.
Fractional Technical Manager
Expertise at a fractional cost.
The Hybrid Solution for Smarter Food Compliance.
Most small food manufacturers feel they have only two choices: Hire a high-salary Technical Manager they can’t quite afford, or leave the paperwork to a busy owner or employee who doesn't have the time.
We offer the third way. Our Fractional Technical Management service combines high-level remote oversight with regular physical site presence and a dedicated training program for your team.
How It Works: The 4-Phase Roadmap
Step 1: The On-Site Blueprint (Launch Phase)
We don’t believe in "generic" systems. We start by spending dedicated time at your facility to map your processes, identify gaps, and build a bespoke, audit-ready Quality Management System (QMS).
-
Result: A digital-first system built specifically for your factory floor.
Step 2: Empowering Your "Internal Champion"
Every great factory needs a "Technical Heart." We help you identify a member of your existing team (usually a supervisor or admin lead) to be your Internal Champion.
-
We provide the training and mentorship they need to handle daily physical checks (e.g., intake, temperatures, hygiene logs).
-
The Benefit: You upskill your staff, and they have a senior expert (us) on speed-dial for any questions.
Step 3: Hybrid Stewardship (Ongoing Support)
This is where the efficiency kicks in. We manage your compliance through a blend of remote and physical presence:
-
Remote: We perform weekly digital data reviews, system maintenance, update specifications, and handle supplier approvals from our office.
-
On-Site: We visit your site for scheduled "Technical Health Checks," internal audits, and staff training sessions.
-
The Result: 24/7 compliance monitoring without a desk being occupied in your office.
Step 4: Total Audit Defense
When the BRCGS, SALSA, or EHO inspector arrives, you aren't alone. We are on-site with you. We lead the audit, defend the systems we've built, and handle any technical queries.
-
The Benefit: Total peace of mind. You focus on production; we focus on the certificate.

How We Work Together
We don't just "send a report" from afar. We integrate into your business using a "Hub and Spoke" model:
-
The Hub (On-Site): We are physically on-site for deep audits, staff training, and high-pressure days (like BRCGS/SALSA audits). We aren't strangers; we know your factory floor.
-
The Spoke (Remote): We monitor your compliance data daily via the cloud. We handle the paperwork, supplier approvals, and legal updates from our office, so you don't pay for us to sit at a desk.
-
The Heart (Your Internal Champion): We identify and mentor a member of your existing team to be the "On-Site Champion." We train them to handle daily logs, giving them professional growth and giving you a constant technical presence.
